Volunteering is an important aspect of the CUScholars Program and a great opportunity to learn about and serve your community. Studies show that people who volunteer tend to be healthier than those who do not, both physically and psychologically. Volunteering is also a perfect way to develop valuable skills and to build a strong resume. Plus, it’s an amazing way to make new friends or to work with old friends on something that matters.
You’ll need to volunteer a total of 40 hours throughout your four years of high school to complete the program successfully. The best way to take care of that is to plan on volunteering about 10 hours each year. You are responsible for keeping track of your volunteer hours. Please use the instructions below.
